We’re back again for another weekend pop up in Brooklyn!
This time we’ll be at the super-fun Mad Tropical in Bushwick on May 15 and 16. We’ll be serving a few of our favorites for take-out or dine-in (we encourage you to stay for a drink!). You can pre-order for both right now here. And you should because these events sometimes sell out pretty fast.
Here’s the menu:
Rujak Serut Tropical fruit and root veggies in a funky palm sugar and chili glaze. (Gluten Free, Vegan)
Ketoprak Tofu, rice cake, vermicelli and sunflower sprouts in a tamarind peanut sauce. (Gluten Free, Vegan)
Pepes Ikan Grilled salmon belly marinated in lemon basil, turmeric, galangal and other spices, wrapped in banana leaf. Served with an Acehnese herb salad, sambal tempe, and jasmine rice.
All three dishes go great together. We’ll be serving between 4 p.m and 10 p.m. on Saturday and 1 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Sunday.
