Feb. 11/2: Popup at Warkop in Manhattan

  • Warkop 366 West 52nd Street New York, NY, 10019 United States (map)

A new menu item! Nasiku, which is short for Nasi Kucing, or Rice Cat, is a little fun-sized packet of rice with a surprise food friend inside. We’ll be serving Nasiku Sambal Tuna and Nasiku Tempe Kering on Feb. 11/12 at Warkop in Hell’s Kitchen!

We are back! This time we are popping up in Hell’s Kitchen at the venerable Warkop, an Indonesian noodle and coffee shop equally beloved by Indonesians living in New York and Indonesians visiting from out of town. It’s a must stop on the Indonesian tourist trail!

So we are excited to be offering a special menu alongside Warkop’s on Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 11 and 12. We’ll be serving a la carte, first-come-first-serve, starting at 11:30 am and ending when we sell out. Be sure to come on the earlier side so you don’t miss out! If you do arrive too late, however, Warkop will be there for you to save the day.

We are also excited to be debuting at this popup a few new dishes we’ve never served before, including our NasiKu, or Nasi Kucing, fun-sized rice packets. Nasi Kucing means rice cat and are popular little rice snacks sold all over Indonesia. Come try them!
